Enchiladas for dinner.
What you'll need:
Olive Oil
Onion
Mushrooms
Tomato
Spinach
Refried beans
Onion Powder
Thyme
Parsley
Taco Seasoning
Water
Ground Beef
Enchilada Sauce
Flour Tortillas
Cheese
Instructions:
Add olive oil to pan.
Sauté onion and mushrooms for a few minutes.
Add onion powder, parsley, thyme.
Add spinach and tomato, sauté for a few more minutes.
Remove the veggies from the pan.
Using the same pan, add the ground beef. Once it is almost cooked,
Add the taco seasoning, the cooked veggies, a splash of water and a little bit of the enchilada sauce.
Add enchilada to pan, prepare the tortillas.
Fill the tortillas with the beef and veggies, roll it up.
Place them in the pan, top with cheese.
In the oven, 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
