Easy Tasty Bok Choy Recipe We Love:
What you'll need:
Bok Choy
Vegetable oil.
Garlic.
Chinese cooking wine.
Sesame oil.
Water
Instructions:
Separate the stems.
Thoroughly wash / rinse the bok choy.
Dry the bok choy.
Separate the stems and leaves.
Cut them into smaller pieces.
In a wok, add some vegetable oil.
Add garlic and saute for a few minutes.
Add the bok choy stems, Chinese cooking wine and sesame oil.
After a few minutes add the leaves and saute.
Add a little bit of water, cover pot and steam until the water has been absorbed.
