Easy Tasty Bok Choy Recipe We Love:


What you'll need:

  • Bok Choy

  • Vegetable oil.

  • Garlic.

  • Chinese cooking wine.

  • Sesame oil.

  • Water


Instructions:

  1. Separate the stems.

  2. Thoroughly wash / rinse the bok choy.

  3. Dry the bok choy.

  4. Separate the stems and leaves.

  5. Cut them into smaller pieces.

  6. In a wok, add some vegetable oil.

  7. Add garlic and saute for a few minutes.

  8. Add the bok choy stems, Chinese cooking wine and sesame oil.

  9. After a few minutes add the leaves and saute.

  10. Add a little bit of water, cover pot and steam until the water has been absorbed.

  11. Eet Smakelijk.
